Solemnity and grandeur marked the celebration of the Platinum Jubilee of Christ the King Parish, Karkala Town on Wednesday, 23 November 2016 which was also observed as the annual parish feast day. Prior to the solemn feast and jubilee mass, the Bishop of Udupi Diocese, Most Rev. Dr. Gerald Isaac Lobo was accorded red carpet welcome to the sound of brass band by Rev. Fr.
