We are all true Christians and not at all interested in our local development. Our policies and attitude is always defensive. Our main goal is trouble-free passport and overseas job. We are not interested in politics, but we vote. We don t care about our local politics but,we care much and keen to know the American politics/policies. We belong to dominant community(?) of Mangalore, so not a single political party comes to rescue in our difficult times.
Now dear people don t get confused and put others in Confusion . Choose the right candidate and cast your valuable vote to right candidate irrespective of his/her party.

Mr Narendra Modi is a lier leader. he was talking and acting in a way that he would become a hero but unfortunately became a villain. He never repented for Godhra Carnage but for karnataka corruption, the press reported, admitted faults/ mistake/corruption and asked for another chance to give better service( Looting?. How far this vindictive politics can go? It go only upto making the voters poor and the political babus following modi cabe rich and fattened.
I remember in the last Lokasabha elections BJP projected Mr Advani as P.M. Unfortunately party failed toget enough seats. Like it may repeat; projecting a particular person as C.M. /P.M Candidate the party may not get enough seats. Therefore it is a foolish proposition.
One should try to be clean and fair and win the people s hearts by virtue of sincerity of service. Mr V.R.Salian has llearnt this and now recollecting his lapses and also pride. Let him have the results. One should have ambition but to a certain extent not even after FIVE terms of REpresentation. Voters know to react through ballots Mr Modi and Mr Salian so far Kaup constituency is concerned.

Vernen DSouza- Dubai, Please do not discourage a well know lyrist and Singer of Konkani. Wilson Olivera is one of the best composers in today’s Konkani music. Konkani music has its own style. Well, by reading your comment it looks you are more talented than Olivera Brothers! if so, please come forward and contribute your talent to Konkani instead writing negative comments on well known artist like Wilson or Ronald Olivera. As I am one of Wilson Olivera’s fan, Wilson Olivera has his own style of writing and moreover most of the songs sung by him either social or moral, do you expect him to dance for a social or moral song??? If he does so it looks too funny! I totally disagree with your comment. The fast and romantic numbers composed by him is been given to singers like Rony D’Cunha or Zeena. As I have seen his shows I feel the songs are well distributed to the singers as per the singers presentably. I attend all konkani programs in Dubai for past 7years, but last Wilson Olivera Nite was one of the best show ever I had seen in Dubai.

The tempo is gearing up in Kaup constituency about the election camppaign. But one could see clear picture for Mr Vinayakumar sorake who has done wonderful service to Kaup area when he was M.P. People know about it. The Candidature of Mr Vasanth Salian of Kaup, he represented Five times and Two terms he was Minister and done very little though he was district incharge Minister, for Kaup area. Belle, shirva, Kattingere Villages were totally neglected. he was appearing when there was a death, at the church with a rose, to console and to win sympethy? But the peoples problems were never attended. Mr Salian was very partial to get Government facilities like Widow pension, old age pension etc to minority; maintenance of Roads , water-works and many more. Yet after his defeat local problems were solved by M.P. s efforts and Mr Sorake has done excellent service, with the Central funds.
Now some people, close to Salian, that the seat announcement was at the last moment. A Large party with lots of aspirants cannot decide so easily. If one loves the party and the people one must love to serve. Mr Salian should be grateful to Congress for representing FIVE terms. He will realise this soon.

Less said better about Salians latest behavior. He betrayed people supported him for over three decades! He is happy if Congress loses which gave him name and fame as a five time MLA! Looks like end of his successful political career as JDS is never strong in DK.

I like the passion of Virat Kohli. Don t get him wrong every time. It is unfortunate but not against the spirit of the game, in fact it is part and parcel of the game. It's high time we have an independent look at each situation instead of having a biased opinion against Kohli all the time. He is what he is. Virat is giving everything possible to notch a win, whether he plays for India or IPL. He is not even leaving crowds this time. Crowds have the right to jeer any player and so as Virat has got the right to respond them. Don t worry, he will learn from experience and just enjoy his electric performance with emotion. It's awesome for someone like Indian to have this attitude. Game will not be good if everybody behaves like Sachin, Dravid, Kumble, and MS Dhoni! At times we do need to have some specials like Viru,Gauti,Virat, Sreesanth to add flavor over the game. It's a part and parcel of the game and not much should be made out of it!!!

Its true that Olivera and Wilfys voice are more similar, its really nice to watch.
Olivera lyrics also nicely written, example Mai, Navikaran nice songs.
But for the betterment of his nite my small suggestion is his tunes are of same tempo and poor statue type presentation it makes boring to audience.
Ronald Olivera is a good MC, but he need to improve his Konkanni, voice modulation and his presentation.

Now music industry is much and much improved, same we are expecting better improvements in Konakni music too, we dont want old style tunes and story telling lyrics in Konakni Music.

It was a most welcocme programme. In my view such programmes must be oganised in different parts of the state and thw Lawyers must be advised for help rendering speedy justice. it must not be for simple pray for time. The advocates who appear in the court for a day must study the case, for what it is and help the court to proceed. Adjournments , it is said not more than THREE time in a hearing stage but I see adjournments more than Three times at every application or step in a case which is bad and against the spirit of rending justice to the clients who approach for justice. It is the preciding officer can control this following the provisioons of CPC strictly, without fear or favour. Secondly the District Judge and HIgh court must supervise the oold and pending cases and see that they are disposed off judiciously early. Any Civil case must be disposed of as per law within THREE yeas.Can we (not)do it. Advocates judges please question yourselves.

The Role of S.M.Krishna is worth commenting. He is a great leader of Karnataka and he has become old with his glorious batting in Politics. One fact is true Old experience will be useful only in time and not later. Mr Krishna did not forge ahead when he was sent to state the way a leader should have. He perhaps waited for invitation by the present day young leaders.
Politics is a game whee you assert , fight and get what you want. Mr S.M.Krishna cannot now expect leadership of C.M. because more brilliant and smart active are in plenty. Therefore one has to read the writings on the wal and maintain oneself with satisfaction thet the role he could play is over for the timebeing. Be satisfied with patting the backs of the forging heros and if they come bless them with a good heart. Nothing to worry. Mmr Krishna has done enough for the party and to the state nay nation. If the party Leaders do not want his services, well and good. It is my opinion and also a piece of advise for peaceful evening time of political life.

RCB virtually tormented in front of the Mumbai crowd, and if not for the stand between Vinay Kumar and Ravi Rampaul, which Mumbai Indians was generous to dish out; this score would have been more like beaten by a huge margin! Mumbai Indians team has showed the rest how to tackle Chris Gayle, Dilshan, Kohli and AB at the top. It was high class and high quality bowling performance from MI.
