Dear Mr. Ignatius Monis, it was nice to read many valuable tips from your day today life, philosophy and more importantly the kind of social service you are doing especially in Moodubelle, and Christian community in particular is commendable. As a family Man I can proudly say that you are a role model not only to me or for that matter to anyone and everyone who knows you. I always remember Evelyn Mousi, who been very kind to me when I was growing up in Moodubelle and her timely help those days I can not forget in my life time. I wish you all the best in life. I feel very proud to see our dear brother Innab. He settled down at home during his young age and sacrificed his life for social service. Being a member of various association, he has rendered his service to various parishes, institutions and centres. We are lucky to have him as our parishioner. May god grant him good health and happy life.

Shocked to hear the sudden death of Msgr. Fred V. Periera, may his soul rest in peace;

Indeed the Mangalore Diocese has lost a great personality a good leader. He has been one of the good admirer of Belle Vision who has recognized our institution at the Mangalore Diocese level.

Pakistan s aggressive batting agaisnt sri Lanka is bound to yield redeeming results, Sri Lankan batsmen should have remained on the pitch longer enough,ensuring no loss of early wickets.

Pakistan is a very dangerous side. They have bunch of very talented players and once they get the momentum they are pretty difficult to beat. Their good quality is that even though they are under match fixing cloud they seem to be playing with full spirit.

If north Indians travel with ticket in train, railway will be in profit.

Kameshwaran Iyer, Mumbai
25/02/2011 12:19:36

The Mamta s Duranto was quite fast...she can not help it! She has used the Rail Budget as her ALLAY for the forthcoming Bengal election! Therefore, she had to maintain Lalu s legacy of pretending to give something without actually doing so! With over Rs 20000 crores of deficit...the financial health of the much touted Indian Railways is very clear! We are in for a huge RAIL SCAM in the offing..... CERTAINLY MAMATA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT...SHE PERHAPS GOT A SICK BABY TO REAR !

Sudhir, Pune
25/02/2011 12:12:33

When all these new trains will be introduced. There are some backlog of new new trains promised in last budget. Even Bhubaneswar-Pune superfast was just introduced last week. If those backlogs are not fulfilled with in 31st March 2011 then it will be carried over to this years budget. Also this years new trains are destined to carried over to 2012 rail budget. That is why people are neither convinced nor believe such promises. Mamataji should understand that whatever may be her budget Bengal people decided to change the left regime. Hence atleast statesmanlike attitude was expected from Indian public.

Someone rightly said:- While Billion Idiots was busy watching Cricket - IPL, Corrupt Politicians LOOTED the Country. This is Sharad Pawar s Management. Citizens tasted Inflation as Agriculture Minister, now Cricket Fans taste LATHI. It seems In India CRICKET is for FANS, but STADIUMS are for CRICKET MAFIAS.

Hats of to J. M.F.Saldanha for his great efforts in tracing out the other side of the coin. I am yet to go through the report but, the few points appeared in media gives the glance of uncovered information like a "tip of an ice-berg".What ever be the Chrsitians feelings MR BSY has attempted to apply Ghee to the nose ends of Leaders of churches, by announcing 50 Crore for Christians in his (last) Budget. knowing that once his head is saved by giving out in crores to his top-leaders and now to please church Leaders who are not above board. Money makes men monkeys?
I have strong doubts. Any way J. Saldanha has done a great service to his community by his report.

As each match is played, the game goes tougher and tougher. For India though the match with England is crucial. India should rely upon their traditional bowling strength of spin. They should go with 2 spinners. India should play Piyush Chawla along with Bhajji since he being a leg spinner has the ability to take wickets. The pace department shall be handled by Zaheer and Munaf. The rest 10 overs shall be handled by Yuvraj and Yousuf.

St.lawrence Club was my first home when i landed in mumbai dream city. I learn lot of things in life from Cood.(discipline). I was got a opportunity to celebrate platinum Jubilee (75years). I wish all the best to the management to carry the good things. I have three suggestion one is please give one more chance to all dismissed members from club due to not paying their dues. Secondly please stop giving life membership to the members. So you can solve financial burden on residing members. Please appoint one representative in Belle(Boliye) to collect dues with latest due list. Koodachi ktliyi hoglik kelar pavana. SArvank Bore magtha. Thanks to DR.Eugine

Our beloved Mukundam is really a symbol of simplicity in Belle .No doubt about that and he is a God fearing Man plus he has great respect to our Patron Saint before opening the shop he bows head then carry on his work He has abundant blessing of our saint I remember during our childhood days after school finish we look for Mukundam to piece of jaggery \ bella\ and he would give it to us without asking money . I have never seen such a kind person since my childhood days I wish him good Health and Long Life. May God Bless him.

Very well conducted protest march. God in heaven must have been pleased. But the Lords words are forgotten. We have condemned J. somashekar for his report several times and again and again we do the same thing. We forgot that " Lord forgive them, they do not know what they do" and also to pray for them. We only preach and not follow. May it not be the case that event happened two years ago to test our faith and love for Jesus? I strongly pray that among our midst there may be people of Hindu feelings who might have provoked those miscreants to act like that , with sticks and stones and encouraging people to behave strangely. Have a recollections My Lord Bishop !
