St Agnes Emerge Champions at ’M Battled’ Event at Milagres Kallianpur

Kallianpur, 19 February 2011: St Agnes College, Mangalore bags overall champions of M Battled various competitions held during the State level Inter Collegiate Commerce and Management Cultural Fest for undergraduate colleges organised by Milagres College here at Milagres Tri Centenary Hall on 17th and 18th February, 2011.

 

There were fourteen events organised as The M - Peror, The Hell Raiser, Solomon’s Stride, Adaalat, Zara Nachke Dikha, Dice of Zens, Page - 3, M - Spoof, Vathalaap, Pintura, Brand Marketing, Adeate, The Humanager and The BUZZ.

 

Valedictory of M Balltled function was held after the overall competitions at Milagres Tri-Centenary Hall on Friday evening. Chief guest of the occasion was Prof Samuel K Samuels, Principal of Crossland College, Brahmavar. Rev Fr. Fred Mascarenhas Principal of Milagres College presided over the occasion. Prof. Hilda D’Silva, Asst. Principal of Milagres College, Prof Vincent Alva, Prof. Peter D’Souza Dean of Commerce of Milagres College, Prof Clara Lobo and Students Oranising leaders were present on the dais.

 

 

Success will be yours and success is not accident, it is the achievement. Prof Samuels gave beautiful message to the gatherings. Prof Hilda D’Silva also spoke on the occasion. Rev Fr. Fred Mascarenhas during his presendtial address said that we are the instruments of right directions. He all praised the students for  outstanding organised MBattled commerce and management festival.

 

Earlier, Murel D’Sa welcomed the gatherings. Priyaka Furtado read out results of the competitions. Chester D’Souza who mastermind of the events was proposed vote of thanks. Closing ceremony  was compered by Rebeca Mendonca.
