Moodubelle: St Thomas I ward fest celebrated

Moodubelle, 06 Jul 2012: The festival of St. Thomas, was celebrated by the St. Thomas Ward I families on 05th of July 2012 (Thursday).  The members of the ward assembled at Mr. Liguory D’Souza’s house located at Thabail.

 

The celebration commenced at 7 p.m.  with the presence of Rev. Fr. Joswey Fernandes - the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Paul Sequeira – the Principal of SLPUC Moodubelle & Mr. Stany Dsouza – Gurkar of the ward. Ms. Shiny Alva presented the report of activities conducted in the ward during the year.

 

Rev. Fr. Joswey & Rev. Fr. Paul gave their message & best compliments to all the ward members on the occasion of the feast of their beloved patron St. Thomas.

 

 

In the entertainment session, games were conducted for the gathered by Mr. Roshan Alva & Ms. Raina Alva. Rev. Fr. Joswey distributed the prizes for the winners.

 

Parish Priest, Principal, Gurkar & Mr. Liguory Dsouza – the host were felicitated by offering the mementos. Prayer session was conducted by Rev. Fr. Paul. before dinner.

 

Ms. Raina Alva compered the programme. Gurkar offered vote of thanks.  This was followed by grand dinner prepared by the help of ward members.
