Sohar, Oman, 09 Nov 2013: The stage at the Sports Complex, Liwa near Sohar, Oman came alive on the 8th of November when all Mangaloreans of Al Batinah region got together for the Annual program of Mangaluru Balaga. This is an event which is eagerly awaited by the Mangalorean community – be it Tulu, Kannada or Konkani speaking people. Members of all age groups – young and old have been enthusiastically taking part in this annual fare from the day of its inception in 2004.

The next program on anvil is to conduct a Yakshagana performance by inviting performers from India. This is going to add another feather of success to the cap of Mangalore Balaga.
