Mumbai: IITC organizes Workshop on Future of Fashion Designing in Metro

Mumbai, 26 Sep, 2013 : The students are future of India, while there is greater need to become self-employed.  One ought to make hard work, devotion and total commitment as his/her key strengths and not to shape their future to face only the competition in life.  Instead, one has to first learn how effectively one can live and embody the capabilities to face the competition through ones life.  This requires due emphasis on personality development and get into professional studies to be enlightened of life, said S K Urwal, chairman of International Institute of Training Center (IITC).

 

S K Urwal was speaking after inaugurating workshop on Future of fashion designing that was organized by IITC at Hotel Leela Kempinsky ballroom, Andheri (East) here on Wednesday September 25.

 

 

Bollywood fashion designer Ashley Rebello was the resource person on the occasion.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Ashley said that one should be humble in living but think big to excel in life.  One should give up the thoughts of becoming rich overnight, instead dream to grow steadily.  One should be time conscious, follow discipline, not to live for others and shape one’s own future, because one cannot borrow time.  The professional industry is a competitive sphere wherein one succeeds by loving his/her profession, said Ashley.

 

The former Miss India, art critic, journalist, fashion consultant Meher Castelino said that fashion is life.  It’s exploring the diversity in fashion designing for greater appeal.  Meanwhile, one becomes a professional fashion designer by gaining in-depth knowledge related to the industry to emerge as entrepreneurs in this field, said Meher.

 

The renowned make-up artiste Ozas Rajani said that make-up is essential to project the personality in this modern era.  The personality gets enhanced with beauty.  The globalization has given fillip to beauty aids, said Ozas.

 

The entrepreneur Ravi Suvarna, Murali Bhat Dombivali, IITC directors Vikrant Urwal, Sandesh Urwal, Reena V Urwal and Neha S Urwal, officers Archana Iyer and Kripali Shah and others were present on the occasion.

 

Vikrant Urwal welcomed the gathering.  The renowned model and movie actor Umesh Ferwani compered the programme.  Nikhil Sampat proposed vote of thanks.
