Kundapur : Love-Stricken Daily Wagers Wedded in Anegudde, Brokered by Spoortidhama Chief Dr Keshav

Kundapur, 20 Sep, 2013 : Spoortidhama Rehabilitation Centre chief functionary brokers the deal to reconcile the family in agreeing for the wedding of love-stricken couple.
The love-stricken couple twenty-five-year-old Erappa, a native of Bagalkot and twenty-four-year-old Akkamma, a native of Koppala tied wedding-knot in the presence of the members of Rotary Club – Tekkatte, locals and inmates of Spoortidhama during the function held Vinayaka temple, Anegudde, near here on Thursday September 19.
Both Erappa and Akkamma were daily wagers working in Manipal, here who were deeply in love since 2 years. The couple eloped a few days away owing to opposition from Erappa’s family. The couple spent a few days in Bangalore, Hubli and Goa, finally arrived in Dharmasthala.
Meanwhile, Akkamma’s family lodged a complaint with Manipal police on missing daughter. The police brought both of them to Manipal and tried to reconcile their families, but Erappa’s family was adamant.
Both Erappa and Akkamma informed the police that they are no more minors and can take independent decision to be wedded for life and the couple was solemnized in marriage by the priest in Vinayaka temple, Anegudde, near here.
