Celebrating the Joy of the Season: Ladies Association Bondel host Christmas get-together at Nazareth

Mangaluru, 18 Dec 2023: On December 17, a festive Christmas celebration was held at the Nazareth Niwas for the elderly in Bondel at 11.30 a.m. This special event was organised by the Ladies Association of St. Lawrence Church, Bondel.

 

 

Members were greeted by Sr. Anupa, A group of 25 members participated in the celebration, bringing joy and cheer to the elderly residents of the home. The members entertained the elders with a variety of performances, including singing and dancing. The elders were delighted to interact with the members. The Christmas get-together came to a close with sharing of Kuswar (home-made Christmas Sweets) and food.

 

Overall, it was a successful and meaningful celebration that brought joy and happiness to both the members and the elderly residents of the home. It was a great reminder of the importance of giving back to our communities and spreading joy and love during the holiday season and shares their life experiences with them.
