@ Stany Lobo: - Nothing wrong honoring politicians!!! Strange thing is do you think the stage was worth for honoring politicians? What achievement they have done apart from winning the local seat?? Also as per me each and every single individual knows that they are from belle / ex students of SLJC. And yes they have made us proud by winning the election seats nothing else. Can you pls elaborate in details what all they have done so far for the benefit of the college or Belle? I haven't seen any repot in Bellevision until today of improvements / successful completion of mission in belle or surroundings. Oh.. Yes how can I forget about the work they started at wrong time and not finished until today? Stany boy pls wake up and look around. Please visit belle once in a year atleast!! Jai ho¦

Fantastic! Full of people with great enthusiasm on the first day of the academic year. Wishing all the best to the students and the newly elected political leaders. First day of the school started with glorious planning and mood! On the other hand I observed that Political leaders who are our old students added more glory to the day. Do not forget the hard work and positivity put in by Mr. Hebbar as the president of Old Students Association for few terms. And let us support Mrs. Ida so that she will do wonders as a political leader. Hemphil, may be you can get on to Caps Lock and give some rest to Capital letters!! I am sure you can pick some positives for a change. Take it easy mate... It is my personal opinion.

Whats wrong in honouring politicians. Both of them are ex students of St.Lawrence school. They have made us proud by getting elected and holding important posts.School management has done a good thing by inviting them and honouring them which will motivate the students to achieve more. Both politicians of belle who were invited are not corrupt and have a desire to do something good to Belle

1. Holding Special English Course as bridge program for students migrating from Kannada to English medium of instruction is an innovative academic exercise. 2. Do the photos at near end of the report show use of web-based e-learning tools? if so, it is another much needed innovation. 3. May I suggest students are mentored towards self-learning using modern tools and reference materials in the library instead of the lecturing mode conventionally followed?
Anner, Moodubelle Mon, May-30-2011, 11:36

Why priests are giving so much of importance / attention to these politicians(am not pointing out in particular personality here!)? What improvement they have done for this school through govt directly or indirectly? They are not upto the expectations and we simply expecting too much out of them. Anyway this is never ending story!!! I guess this time Fruits were very expensive /or( they are diabetic!!!) So hope there were no fruits handed over these politicians. Jai Hoooo.....
