Garlic Prawns

  • 500 grm uncooked big prawns with tail
  • 6 cloves garlic crushed
  • 6 tblspoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tblspoon veg. oil
  • 5 tblspoon corn flour
  • 2 eggs beat
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tblspoon soya sauce
  • 1 tblspon freshly ground pepper


Put garlic, veg.oil, eggs salt, soy sauce in a blender and make smooth paste and put the prawns, corn flour in the paste and maranite for 2-3 hours. Heat the oil a large pan and deep fry the prawns for about 4-5 minutes until brown. Sprinkle over coriander leaves and serve hot.
