  • 1400gm fresh chicken.
  • 5 big onions finely chopped.
  • 4 peices of garlic.
  • 10 green chillies.
  • 10 corns of black peppers.
  • 6 cardomoms.
  • 2 inches of ginger.
  • 1 cup yoghurt.
  • 1 cup descinated coconut powder
  • ½ cup pure ghee.
  • 1 bunch fresh coriender
  • 1/4 bunch fresh mint
  • 1½ tsp garam masala powder.


Heat ghee in a large pan saute the cardmom, add garlic fry till brown. Add chopped onions fry till become crispy;


cut chicken into small peices cook for 10-15 minutes. Next in blender add all ingredients blend into fine paste;


add one tsp of yellow powder to the paste, mix into the cooked chicken sterring occassionally in low fire.


Serve with chapati or naan.
