  • 1/2 kg mutton mince
  • 5 medium size potatoes
  • 2 bread crumb
  • 5 medium onion chopped
  • 6 green chillies chopped
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 50 gms coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Boil the potatoes, remove skin and smash and keep aside. Heat one table spoon oil in a pan and fry mince and remove from the pan once fried and keep aside. Put the chopped onion , chopped chillies, chopped ginger into the same pan(add one spoon oil) and fry for a while. Then add the fried mince and mix it well. Add the garam masala powder, black pepper, salt and stir it well and remove from the pan and keep aside.Then add the smashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, bread crumb into the mince mixture and mix it well and make cutlets. Beat two eggs(only white) and dip the cutlets in the egg and cover with bread crump and fry.
