Ingrediants:
  • 1 kg ash pumpkin
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 8 pcs garlic slices
  • 2 onions slices
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1\2 mustard
  • 8 black pepper corns
  • 1\2 tsp yellow powder
  • 2 coconuts grated
  • 1 inch ginger

Description:

Roast all the spices and half of the onion and garlic.

 

Grind the spices with roasted garlic and onion And 1\2 cup coconut.

 

Remove pumpkin skin and cut into 1 inch slices. Boil and remove water, add bay leaves, garlic, Onion, ginger. cook for 5 minutes.

 

Grind grated Coconut and remove milk from the coconut. Add masala into the pumpkin ,bring to boil ,add salt And little tumerind water.

 

Finally add coconut milk boil in slow fire.
