It is Providence that Udupi diocese has a Canonical Luminary , a forth right minister of Christ and also an embodiment of Canonical thinking, has been chosen by the BIshop of Udupi as Judicial Vicar of Udupi Diocese. In my opinion it was a best choice and Rev. Fr. Dr. John Mendonca, hailing from Pernal parish of Udupi diocese, a very rural place, has been made/ chosen for the great and noble seat. May God bless him and giuide him in his mission to be true to the position, with the inspiration and guidance of the Holy spirit to render true justice to the needy. I praise the Lord.
