The present attitude of our religious leaders must be got mended and they must be for the people and not selfish. The only way out for our religious leaders is to amend the so called Administrative constitutipon of 1st Nov. 2010 and make it acceptable to all. It is learnt that many priests are against such authoritarian administrative instructions which ingnore the Indian Constitutional Rights of the laity.Therefore the laity must be empowered by all cathoilcs joining decrying the Bishops Rules of Administration of 1st Nov. 2010.

The root cause is Silence of Central Government over the matter, knowing all the details through intelligence and media. This Government being non active on these sensitive issues, is to be blamed. It is said "the country goes bad when people of knowledge remain silent. If they voice their grievances it should be for the betterment of the country. Unfortunately the Government has been inactive on this score and the communal force get strength to misbehave.

I suggest a practical solution: try religious conversion. The children will be picked up, sent to remand homes, and state machinery will toe whatever line its current masters want.

What can t be eradicated must be legitimized, institutionalized and conducted within rules of business. There are several ways: a) Privatize all government services and downsize itself. Small profit making businesses can flourish, compete and only the lean and honest will survive. b) The government itslef can fix surcharge (bribe) over and above the fees. The surcharge colelcted should be distributed daily among the staff. The more work they do, the more they earn. c) The government may introduce "baksheesh (tip) system". People fill in forms, are served coffee and snacks as they wait, and are billed, for services and sancks, and a tip is added, while paying like in any restaurants. d) The government can do away with all rules requiring people to register their land, houses, births, deaths, and in general give up governing.

(I am not joking. There is genetic defect in us as a nation, which will take several life times to correct)
