Manipal: College of Nursing gets National Award

Manipal, 20 February 2012: The Manipal College of Nursing has been awarded with “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity for Training of Nurses on HIV and Aids in India” a national award. The National award was given to Manipal College of Nursing and honoured for their project during the year 2011 in the National workshop held in Jaipur, Rajastan, jointly organized by National Aids Prevention and Indian Nursing Board New Delhi under the Aids, Malaria and Tuberculosis deceases project.

 

 

College Dean Dr. Anis George and Project Coordinator M. Prabhath Kalkoora received this prestigious award from Indian Nursing Board President Dilip Kumar. On this occasion Vice President Dr. Asha Sharma, K.S. Bharathi, S.N. Mishra and Dr. Dilip Miswani were present.
