Moodbidri: Discipline essential for professional career - Dr Giridaran

Moodbidri, 29 Jun 2014: The discipline is more important than money in professional life. The commerce students should have the aspiration and grit to become a chartered accountant. Its essential that one has to make plans ahead of exams, said Chennai Chartered Accountant of India joint director and south division regional head Dr P T Giridaran.
Dr Giridaran was the chief guest speaking at CA 0 CPT – IOCC Meet that was held at Alvas College, here on Saturday June 28.
‘Our country faces the dearth of information. The students fail to develop writing skills. No sooner the indiscipline creeps into ones life, he / she is likely to go wayward,’ said Dr Giridaran.
Captain John Prasad Menezes, director of Mangalore Refineries and Petrochemicals Limited said that Alvas College is the first to be approved as CA – CPT – IPCC exam center under Mangalore University and conveyed his best wishes.
The verbal consent has been given for CA – CPT – IPCC exam center, while the written approval will be issued shortly.
The chartered accountant Kiran Vasant, advocate Uday Prakash Mulia, principal Professor Kurian were present on the occasion.
