Mumbai, 22 Nov 2013: The metro sub-Committee of Brahma Baidarkala Pancha Dhoomavati Garodi, Tonse – Kallianpur in Udupi district will be a presenting Tulu comedy play, ‘Yelya Vishaya Malla Malpodchi’ by the artistes of Kusalda Kalavidar of Lakumi theater troupe, at Vishveshwarayya auditorium of Karnataka Sangh, Matunga (West) here on Sunday November 24 at 2.30pm.
The entrepreneur Vishwanat Sanil Bangalore, Tonse Jayakrishna Shetty, Tonse Harish Suvarna, Rajgopal Shetty, B Ramanand Rao, Harish Bangera, Prashant C Poojary, Janardhan Tonse and others will be the chief guests of the occasion.
The newly-elected Board of Director of Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Limited, a multi-state scheduled bank and entrepreneur Ashok Kotian will be felicitated on the same occasion.
Nityanand D Kotian, chairman of sub-Committee of Brahma Baidarkala Pancha Dhoomavati Garodi, Tonse – Kallianpur urged Tulu – Kannadiga people settled in metro to attend the programme in large numbers.
Brahma Baidarkala Pancha Dhoomavati Garodi, Tonse – Kallianpur is one amongst 66 worship centers in undivided Dakshina Kannada district, wherein first ever safe deposit vault has been installed. It also serves mid-day meal to the devotees throughout the year. The play has been organized to raise funds for developing the infrastructural facilities.
