Karkal : Social Concern base for National Integrity - Pundalika

Karkal, 12 Oct 2013 : India is nation of countrymen who are deeply religious minded, spiritualistic and have diverse cultural hierarchy who pray for universal brotherhood. It’s the lone nation in the world where mothers are revered. Despite onslaught of conquerors, oppressions by imperial rulers since the past several centuries, it’s significant that the great Indian culture has still survived. They revere their parents, teacher, guests and help poor and downtrodden, and also have the tradition of finding divinity in nature that can only be found in our country. The societal concern is the foundation of national brotherhood, said B Pundalika Marate, teacher of St Joseph’s School, Belman, near here.
Pundalika was speaking during NSS special camp themed Service and national brotherhood, which was organized by Government PU College, Bailoor, near here at Government School, Dadabettu, near Palli, here on Friday October 11.
‘The lack of will of political parties is chiefly responsible for several issues that still unresolved despite 67 years elapsed since Independence. The youth community ought to committed to elected most able candidates, in order cleanse the administration plagued with rampant corruption, favoritism, scams for the nation to prosper. The need of the hour is to create awareness on voters’ right and compulsory voting,’ said Pundalika. Sasidar, teacher of St Lawrence English Medium High School, Moodubelle presided the programme.
Shantinat Jogi, Ratnakar Poojary and Sharmila Harady were present on the occasion.
