Konkani Natak Sabha ’Golden Inter Parish Konkani Singing Competition’ inaugurated

Mangalore, 20 May 2013 : The ‘Golden Inter Parish Konkani Singing Competition’ was inaugurated on 19th May 2013 at Puttur Parish.

The Golden Singing Competition was inaugurated by Puttur Varado Vicar Vara V. Rev Jerald D’Souza by lighting the lamp along with Asst Parish Priest of Puttur Parish Fr Vishal Monis, Parish Priest of Maril Church Fr Francis Assisi D’Almeida, Uppinangadi Parish Priest Fr Victor D’Souza, General Secretary of Konkani Natak Sabha Sunil Menezes, Joint Secretary Lynette P. Kamath and Adolphus Cutinha (Dolla,Manglur). 

Speaking on the occasion Fr Victor D’Souza thanked the Konkani Natak Sabha for organizing the competition at Puttur and wished all the participants every success.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Competitors from Puttur, Maril, Kokkada, Sullia, Uppinangady and Bannur parishes of the Puttur Varado were participated in the competition.

10 to 15 years:

Above 15 years

Gents Solo    - Joswin D’Costa, Puttur and Suraj Joseph Lobo, Uppinangadi

Felix Sequeira from Urwa, Prem Lobo and Jude Fernandes from Milagres are the judges for the competition.

Audience enjoyed the jokes presented by Comedy King Adolpus Cutinha (Dolla,Manglur) on the occasion. Raymond D’Cunha welcomed the gathering and compered the programme, Sunil Menezes proposed vote of thanks and Lynette P. Kamath announced the results.
