Mangalore: Wood Haven – new project from Ace Developers Launched at Bondel

Mangalore, 27 Apr 2013:  “ Mangalore is growing faster beyond anybody’s expectation and though innovations in engineering escalated the apartment prices, Mangalore has become a safe place to live” said Vijay Vishnu Mayya, Chairman of Association of Consulting Engineers.

 

He was speaking on the occasion of the launching ceremony of Wood Haven, luxury apartments, a G  11 residential project, with 2 Floors parking,  near Bondel Church, by Ace Developers.

 

Fr Denis D’Souza, inaugurated the project by lighting the lamp.

 

Applauding the efforts of Gregory D‘Silva, Mayya further said “ Speed of Gregory’s  construction work is just like the speed of express busses speeding on Mangalore – Udupi express highway. But he is a quality conscious man.  That is why I always call him a Civil Engineer first and Builder next. House is a place which is very closely attached to one’s heart and without a proper shelter it is difficult to lead a peaceful life.  Food, shelter and clothing  are basic necessities of all ”. Mayya said “ Gregory is such a person who never get annoyed with anybody.  He never says ‘no’ to anybody.” He requested to the Builders fraternity to go close to the people and merge the gap in society.

Fr Andrew D’Souza, parish priest, St Lawrence Church, Bondel,  led the prayer service assisted by Fr Antony Serrao , parish priest , St Sebastian Church, Bendur and blessed the premises.  The foundation stone was laid by Fr Denis D’Souza , earlier.

 

Alice Monterio , mother of land owners Ronald and Sonia Monterio , who are abroad and Premi D’Silva, wife of Greory D’Silva  were present on the dais.

 

Greory D’Silva honored the architect, engineers, tax consultants, chartered accountants,  media consultant and other well wishers and supporters with floral bouquets on this occasion.

 

The brochure of the project was released on this occasion by Fr Antony Serrao, parish priest, St Sebastian Church , Bendur.

 

Prashanth Sanil of Nidhi Land Developers also spoke on the occasion. He  congratulated Gregory and wished the new venture all the best.

 
Wood Haven , Luxury apartments project is located near Bondel Church on the airport road , close to the heart of city, just within  10 minutes drive from Mangalore City. The project is surrounded by greenery and apartments are equipped with modern luxuries amenities , Lifts and back up generator.  It has Three 2BHK and Two 3BHK Flats on each floor. There are total 55 Flats in this project.
