Hassan: Selfishness in State Politics Reached Peak; Deve Gowda

Hassan, 22 Apr 2013: The selfishness in state politics has reached the peak, said former PM H D Deve Gowda.Deve Gowda was speaking during the election campaign and JDS party activists meet in Shanti village, near here on Sunday April 21. ‘The selfishness has reached the peak in state politics. Despite it is causing injustice to the people of Karnataka, the state administration has been making every attempts to sustain the state reign,’ alleged Gowda.
In spite of Cauvery issue caused injustice to Karnataka, neither state government nor union governments has not taken any action in this regard. The Supreme Court verdict was in favour of Tamil Nadu in order to save the coalition government with UPA. It was projected as birthday gift for CM Jayalalita. The Kannadigas has to collectively stage struggle to get the rights of local water bodies, urged Gowda.
Gowda also urged the voters to cast their valuable votes to JDS candidate Revanna considering the developments that are undertaken by him when he served as state minister.
