Udupi: Swami Vishveshwarateerta of Pejavar Mutt Changes Mind to Cast Vote in Civic Polls

Udupi, 07 Mar 2013: Swami Vishveshwarateerta of Pejavar mutt here who earlier announcedboycotting the civic polls, changed his mind and exercised his franchisee here on Thursday March 7 afternoon.

 

 

Swami Vishveshwarateerta cast his vote at Tenkapete ward here on Thursday afternoon.  He had earlier stated that he has nothing to gain by voting.  However, he has changed his mind and cast his franchisee here on Thursday afternoon.

 

Swami Vishveshwarateerta had played key role in the national politics, a few times in the past.  The people wondered why he has earlier stated that he would boycott the polls.
