Karkal: Brahmakumbhabisheka – Shatachandiyaga Begins at Adapady - Palli temples

Karkal, 14 Feb 2013: The Vedic celebrations – Brahmakumbhabisheka – Shatachandiyaga were begun at Umamaheshwari and Durgaparameshwari temple, Adapady – Palli, near here on Wednesday February 13 early morning.

Vedimurti Mrugesh Bhat Laxmipura, Vedamurti Dayanand Bhat Kalldka are heading a group of celebrants in performing various Vedic rites at the temples.

 

 

The temple managing trustee Pundalika Nayak was present through the Vedic celebrations.

Chandrahasa Charitre, mythological Yakshagana play was staged by the artistes of Perdoor temple troupe at 6.30pm on Wednesday.
