UAE: Alva’s Vishwa Nudisiri Virasat at Dubai on Jan 31, Abu Dhabi on Feb 1

Dubai, 10 Jan 2013: Alva’s Vishwa Nudisiri Virasat will be staged by the students of Alvas Education Foundation (R), Moodbidri, Dakshina Kannada district, Karnataka at Al Nasr Leisureland ice skating rink, here on Thursday January 31 at 8.30pm.

It will be staged at Sheikh Zayed Auditorium, Indian School, Abu Dhabi on Friday February 1 at 6.00pm.

 

The nationally acclaimed Alva’s Virasat & Nudisiri will be going international with the maiden international event to be inaugurated in Dubai on 31st Jan’2013 and in Abu Dhabi on   1st Feb’ 2013 with over 80 student artistes from the Alvas Education  Foundation (R)  flying from India to present this beautifully designed extravaganza heritage cultural festival.

 

As planned the event will kick-off in Dubai on Thursday the 31st of January, 2013 at Al Nasr Leisure land Ice Rink, Dubai (UAE)
with the doors opening at 7 PM and the program  inauguration at 8 PM.

 

Similarly in Abu Dhabi the program will kick-off on 1st of February, 2013 at Abu Dhabi Indian School Auditorium with the gates opening at 5 PM and inauguration at 6 PM.

 

There will be a variety of cultural programs to include dance, music and skits throughout which will be presented by the whole group of cultural masters of around 80 students flying from India for this great event. It will be a feast for the entire cultural heritage music lovers in UAE and open to all irrespective of caste, creed, language or nationality.

 

 

Introduction:

Under the auspices of Alvas Education Foundation, Moodbidri, have initiated a new venture ’Alvas Nudisiri’ - a National Conference on Kannada Land and Language and it’s Cultural Heritage in the year 2004.  And ’Alvas Virasath - a National Cultural meet in the year 1994. Alva’s Education Foundation had successfully completed the 9th Nudisiri conference just now 16-18th November 2012. This unique, innovative Nudisiri conference at Moodbidri has attracted Kannada people from all over India and even from outside.  It has created a new culture of Unification of Kannada people from all the sections and walks of life.

Decennial Nudisiri as ’Vishwa Nudisiri’ a ’World Kannada Conference’ and ‘Vishwa Virasath’ Cultural meet is scheduled next year from 19th to 22nd December 2013 at Moodbidri.

As part of Vishwa Nudisiri, units (Ghataka) will be set up in Gulf Countries like Dubai, Mascat, Bharain etc to spread Kannada language and its cultural heritage where more number of Kannada lovers exists.   On this occasion, a Cultural Programme and get together ceremony  in UAE is scheduled on 31st Jan’2013 and 1st Feb’2013.  Programs schedule in Muscat and Bharain yet to be decided. During this time a 3 hour spectacular cultural program has been planned from Alva’s Cultural team from India to attract more new members for Vishwa Nudisiri and Virasath. For this megha-event, we expect a whole hearted co-operation from all the Kannadigas all over the world.  We also wish, all the participants and well-wishers will become the members of Vishwa Nudisiri Unit and actively participate to make Vishwa Nudisiri  a memorable and mile-stone in the service and development of Kannada Cultural Heritage so that we shall strengthen our love, respect to our motherland.
