M’lore: Foundation Stone Laid for Petunia, Commercial & Residential Building in Kulshekar

Mangalore 03 January 2013: Foundation Stone for commercial cum residential luxury apartments, Petunia, was laid today morning at 9.45 a.m in Kulshekar , Mangalore. The Five floor  meticulously designed  apartments consists of 24 flats and 4 shops with modern amenities on Mangalore Moodubidri main road. It has the advantage of private and secure underground parking space. Some units were already booked in the apartment and Elias Sanctis of Paragon Builders promised that they will complete the building within 18 months.

Petunia is Promoted by Ashraya Builders and Developers and co promoted by Paragon Builders and Promoters, Mangalore.
Rev Fr Valerian  Pinto, Parish Priest , Holy Cross Church , Kulshekar,  Mangalaore led the blessing ceremony.  Rev Fr Pius James D Souza , OCD of Infant Jesus Shrine , Bikarnakatta , Mangalore was present on this occasion.

 

 

Shri Bhaskar K , Corporator , Mangalore City Corporation nad Truste , Kudupu Shree Ananthapadmanabha Temple was the chief guest and Sri A Sadanad Shetty, Chairman , Shree Devi Education Trust, Mangalore, Sri R Srikar Prabhu, President, BJP, Mangalore South Constituency and Sri Ivan D Souza, Secretary, Karnataka State Congress Committee were Guests of honour. Guests spoke on this occasion and wished the project all the very best.

Srikar Prabhu made a point that traffic problems are increasing in the city of Mangalore and something to be done. Echoing his views Ivan D Souza said that now a days we find in Mangalore bumper to bumper driving and the developmental speed of Mangalore city is grown rapidly in past years. Ivan also urged builders to sell the dwelling units in a reasonable rate so that many afford homes in Mangalore.

Attur Sadanad Shetty released a broacher on this occasion.  He said some years back kulshekar was a small village and now it is most sought after place for apartments. Ramesh J Moily and Prasanna Bekal of Ashraya Builders and Promoters and Prakash Pinto and Elias Sanctis of Paragon Builders and Promoters and K C Naik were present on the dias.

 
Mr Stany D Souza compeered the programme and Mr Elias Sanctis proposed vote of thanks. Residents who booked the residential and commercial units and architect and structural engineer of the apartment were honored with floral bouquets on this occasion.
