Mangalore: District Congress President confident of party’s success in the coming elections

Mangalore, 05 Dec 2012: District Congress President Ramanath Rai addressing a press meet on December 4, 2012 expressed his deep concern of the non-functioning of the state government due to the infighting in the ruling BJP party. He said that all the development and administrative work in the state has totally collapsed.
Speaking about the forthcoming assembly election, Ramanath Rai expressed confidence that if elections are held soon, the Congress Party would win all the eight assembly seats in the district.
Ramanath Rai further said that all grass root workers and organizations will be meeting soon to gear up for the elections. When asked as to who will be the Congress candidate for the Mangalore Constituency, Ramanath Rai said that as there are too many aspirants for the seat, the high command will take decision.
