The District incharge minister has done well in visiting the Taluk Office and alerting the officers and staff. Yet it is not enough. He should find time to trace oldest cases and for what reason they are pending. There are cases pending with Mr abijin the Tahsildar for over THREE months for signing the orders. This Tahsildar has been either afraid to take decisions, even when the Asst. commissioner had ordered or he xpects to pass time and thus harass the Public. and the staff. He is never in office at 10-00 a.m. Earlier the Tahsildas used to be found in the Cabin even at 9-00 a.m. and I say this my experience aince 1974. Great many old persons also were in office and watching the staff signing the muster and now it is electronic tsystem giving Thumb. I find total absence of sincerity on the part of the Officers including Mr abijin in disposing off the files. Yet he claims "No. One in karnataka state, for god only knows whow he got this. If the readers are interested I can give the case file numbers pending since April 2012 after this Tahsildar has taken chare (less election Period). I have every proof of the statements covered here. | |
