Udupi: Alva’s College, Moodbidri bags Overall Championship in Mangalore Varsity Athletic Meet

Udupi, 04 Dec 2012: Alva’s College, Moodbidri bagged the all-round trophy as expected in the Mangalore Varsity inter-collegiate athletic meet that was concluded at Mahatma Gandhi district sports grounds here on Monday December 3.  Alva’s College has been bagging the trophy for the successive 11 years.

 
Alva’s College bagged the all-round trophy in both men’s and women’s division, besides bagged a top athlete individual trophy and earned 3 records among group records; thereby displayed their excellence in sports as competitor to none.  Other colleges were unsuccessful in achieving even half of what Alva’s College has achieved.
