Kaup, 04 Dec 2012: Plays, Cinema and serials are not for nothing. When these mediums directly reach the people and give them a kind of satisfaction, they fulfill their purpose. Hence, it is important that those organizations which promote socially relevant programmes, they should be given encouragement, said businessman Suresh Shetty Gurme. He was speaking at the Group of Vidyaniketan Education Institution which had jointly organized along with Media Network Udupi one day workshop on acting for the talented artists from the coastal region on December 2, 2012 in the seminar hall of the school.
The workshop was inaugurated by K.P. Acharya, Director of Vidyaniketan Educational Institutions.
