Bangalore, 29 July 2012: The Second Business-to-Business (B2B) Networking Initiative organized by KE Bangalore at hotel `The Grand Magrath’ on 28th July, 2012 became a resounding success. The main purpose of this event was to develop and improve networking among entrepreneurs, creating better understanding between fellow members and help familiarize their businesses, exchange business ideas and facilitate platform to enhance business among its members. Forty KE members and guests earnestly took part in the event.
Members and guests participated in the event enthusiastically, and 35 business leads were provided on the occasion, which is a significant success. The event also felicitated strengthening of friendship among members.
KE Bangalore president Robinson D’Souza, who chaired the event, welcomed the gathering. President Elect Mark D’Souza explained objectives, overviews and guidelines of the meeting.
Members and guests introduced themselves and gave brief introduction of their businesses. Later, there was an exchange of requirements among the members. Many got several leads, as members came forward with a whole lot of requirements.
KE has been helping young entrepreneurs to rise. KE works with the principle that to rise in any business is by networking. The primary motive for everyone should be to help others and give rather than just receive. The occasion helped members to understand each other’s business & strengths. This would also further help to leverage opportunities when there are requirements in day-to-day work & business.
The occasion turned out to be a one stop meeting place to exchange information & seek help professionally among members and through Leads. All the members present were enthused by the event and the opportunities that emerged. On the occasion, 3 `Thank You’ notes were handed for business worth RS 4.5 lakhs generated since the first B2B on 7th July. The response has encouraged KE to regularise this B2B meet on a continuing basis.
Participants were business owners spanning real Estate, legal services, HR, manufacturing, interiors, pharmaceuticals, engineering, investments, wealth management, banking, construction, chartered accountancy, publishing and printing, software and computer hardware, media.
Mr. Adrian D’souza proposed a vote of thanks.
