Shirva: Corporation Bank conducts Customer Contact Week

Shirva, 17 December 2011: Being the senior most Bank in Shirva Corporation Bank’s achievements, by giving priority to the public and student’s educational activities and celebrating the customer conference in a meaningful way is appreciable, said M.S.R.S. College Retired Principal Y. Bhaskar Shetty. He was speaking as the chief guest in the “Customer’s Contact Week” program held in Shirva Corporation Bank premises on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion Deputy General Manager of the Bank N. Manjunath Shenoy said that, customer’s satisfaction is the aim of the Bank and requested with the customers to discuss on any issues and get them corrected. On this occasion Shirva Hindu P.U. College Retired Lecturer Shankar R. Bhat and M.S.R.S. College Retired Principal Y.Bhaskar Shetty were felicitated by N. Manjunath Shenoy. Bantakal Henry Noronha was present on the dias.
Shankar Bhat in his speech said that, the customers are the assets of the Bank and when the relationship between the Bank and customers improves then the purpose will be meaningful. Raymond Cabral, Shodhan Kumar Shetty, Precilla D’Souza, spoke on behalf of the customers.Branch Senior Manager Shrinivas Nayak welcomed the guests and the gathering. Ramakanth compeered the program.
