M’belle: Jnana Ganga P U College Website & Hostel initiated

Moodubelle, 27 November 2011: The website and College hostel construction work of Jnanaganga Pre University College, Nellikatte, Moodubelle, Udupi was initiated on Thursday 17th November 2011 in the evening at 06.00 pm in the presence of the dignitaries in the parent organization General Insurance Employees Credit Co-operative Society “Krishna” Ajjarkad. The program was presided over by Jilla Panchayath President Katapadi Shankara Poojary. Pejavar Mutt Seer Shri Vishweshatheertha Shripadaru inaugurated the website. Katapadi Shakara Poojary initiated the construction work of the College Hostel.

Dr. Krishnaprasad K. - Eye Specialist and Jilla Rajyotsava Awardee of Prasada Netralaya Udupi, Jayakara Shetty Indrali – Manager of Badagupettu Credit Co-operative Society Udupi, Rajendra Mayya – Fashion Designer Udupi and Harsharaj Shetty – Owner of Janata Publicity Udupi were honoured in the presence of Shri Pejavara Swameeji and other dignitaries on the occasion of 58th All India Cooperation week.

 

 

 
Speaking on the occasion Shri Vishveshatheertha Shripadaru appreciated Gopikrishna Rao who is the architect of this Educational Institution, gave example of Bhgeeratha who tried to please Gange and said that in the same way he worked hard to feed the Jnana Gange to the students and to the building of this Institution. Also he praised the specialty of the name Gopikrishna. President of the Society Gopikrishna Rao, Vice President Suresh Shetty, College Principal U.L. Bhat, Secretary Prabhakara K.S. were present on the dais.
 
College Lecturer Sulakshana conducted prayers. Lecturer Dr. Leena Nayak compeered the program. Pricncipal of the College U.L. Bhat proposed vote of thanks.
