The Agitation of PDOs has a good reason, for their are attacked from all concerned to their jobs. Without prejudice,I say that the corrupt set up and the political rivalry must be the background. Therefore the CEO must have a discussion with all the PDOs exclussively and understand their complaints. Their association Leaders may only be present and observers. understanding their problems , per person, the CEO will be able to find appropriate solutions. The experience of Mr Sharma , the CEO is cappable of resolving the problems for the satisfaction of all concerned. The PDOs and their association must cooperate with the CEO. | |
