M’belle: Teachers Day Celebrated in St. Lawrence E M School

Moodubelle, 06 Sept 2011: St. Lawrence English medium High School celebrated the Teachers Day on Monday, September 5, 2011 at 9.30 am. Fr. Joswey Fernandes, Correspondent of the school presided over the programme who blessed  the teachers and students with his words of wisdom.

The chief guest of the programme, Mrs. Jacinta D’Souza delivered the Teachers Day message. Fr. Lancy Saldanha, the principal of the school, in his address, highlighted the importance of the Teachers Day.

 

 

During this occasion prizes were distributed to successful students and the Volleyball team that stood second in the Taluk level competition was handed over the Runners Up Trophy.

Students exhibited their talents by presenting cultural and variety entertainment programmes. In the beginning, students conducted various fun games for the teachers.
