Mangaluru, 25 Aug 2023: Dakshina Kannada district Congress Committee paid rich tributes to Dr NS Herdikar, founder of Seva Dal, on the occasion of his death anniversary.  

 

Salim Ahmed, KPCC executive president and Karnataka legislative council chief whip garlanded to the portrait of Dr Hardikar at DCC office here on Saturday August 25.

 

 

DK DCC president K Harish Kumar, Karnataka former minister Ramanath Rai, former MLA J R Lobo, Puttur MLA Ashok Kumar Rai, DCC former president Ibrahim Kodijal, KPCC office bearers, DCC block presidents, Congress activists were present.
