Mangaluru: Student Cabinet and NSS inauguration at Rosa Mystica PU College

Mangaluru, 23 June 2023: The student cabinet and NSS inaugural of Rosa Mystica PU College for the Academic Year, 2023-24 was held on 21st June in the college auditorium. The college was privileged to have Charles Pais Retired professor and NSS program officer at St. Agnes college Mangaluru, as a chief guest and Sri Vinaya Karanth PTA vice president, Correspondent of Rosamystica Institution Sr. Gracy Monica B.S and Principal of our college Sr. Sadhana B.S were present on this occasion. The event began with a formal march of the new council members led by Nafeesathul Misriya (CPL of the college) and Sumiksha (ACPL). The students led the gathering into an opening chorus and prayer service. The program started with an inaugural dance and song.

 

 

The chief guest was introduced and welcomed by our Principal Sr. Sadhana B.S. Oath taking ceremony was administered by the Principal. And badges and sash were given to each of the cabinet members by our institution Correspondent Sr. Gracy Monica B.S. The chief guest, Charles Pais, along with the guest Vinaya Karanth, our program president, Sr. Gracy Monica, and the Principal Sr. Sadhana B.S, Nafeesathul Misriya College CPL, and Sumiksha ACPL illuminated the light of leadership by lightning the lamp. The student cabinet was inaugurated by our institution, Correspondent Sr. Gracy Monica, by opening pingara. Along with cabinet inauguration, the NSS club was also inaugurated with the NSS theme chart by our chief guest, and the NSS flag was handed over to NSS unit leaders Thapaswini and Jithesh by Sr. Sadhana B.S. Mr. Charles Pais, chief guest of today’s program, congratulated the newly elected members and highlighted the importance of leadership qualities, and discharged their responsibilities in various fields.

 

We had Mr. Vinaya Karanth, PTA vice-president with us, and he stimulated students by his inspiring words. And then, Sr. Gracy Monica, in her presidential address, informed that students should have gratitude towards what we receive in our life.

 

The ceremony was hosted by Mr. Avil Renil D’silva NSS coordinator and concluded with a vote of thanks by Nafeesathul Misriya. The program ended by singing the National anthem.
