Vamanjooreans – UAE to celebrate Monthi Fest on Sep 15

Dubai, 25 July 2011: Vamanjooreans – UAE, an association of parishioners of St. Joseph the Workers, Vamanjoor living in the UAE is delighted to invite all the family members to a celebration of Nativity feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Monthi Fest), for one theme “ Kutma Spiritan Sangatha yevyam, Navem Jevyam Monthi Fest Samramya” it will be held on Thursday 15th of September 2011 at ZOMORRODAH Complex hall, Office Block B, 3rd floor Hall No. 314 Opp. Delhi Darbar Karama.

 

We all know that the Nativity Feast has a special significance in our life as we celebrate this day as a Family Feast too where all members of the family unite and share a banquet of new corn. We being in a foreign country away from family, this is a rare occasion to come together and celebrate with our brethren the birthday of our Heavenly Mother and meet our parishioner.
Every year 8th of September we commemorate the birth of Mother of God and our Beloved Mother who has born to blessed

 

couple St. Joachim & St. Anna. We are privileged to have a Mother who is so loving & caring and unceasingly interceding for us to our Heavenly Father. This is an opportunity to show our love & gratitude in return to all that she has gained for us through her prayers.

 

 

Dear Vamanjooreans come as one family and be grateful to Almighty god for giving a good harvest this year too to our farmers back home. Especially most of us are from an agricultural background and this is the day we offer our harvest to god with thankful heart. So let us unite and celebrate in a traditional manner and recall our childhood memories of showering flowers to Mother Mary when our own little children will do so.

 

The program will begin at 8.00 pm sharp. And you are requested to occupy your seat by 7.30 pm. The main goal of the organizing this feast is to bring all the Vamanjooreans living in seven Emirates together and be a part of family event.
There will be ‘Novem Jevan’ followed by the entertainments like Singing, dances, skits, DJ, games and vegetarian buffet dinner.

 

All the Parishioners of Vamanjoor living in the UAE are cordially invited to join in celebrating this special day and make it a memorable one. Parishioners are also requested to spread this news to all our parishioners and try to make that all Vamanjoorians to present this event.
