Shirva: Religious program conducted prior to renovation of Temple

Shirva, 16 July 2011: Nidhikumbha Sthapana Purvaka Shadadhara Prathiste was conducted by Shree Shree Vidhayavallabha Theertha Shree Padangal Yathi of Udupi Kaniyoor Mutt, on 15th July at Shirva Shri Vishnumurthy Temple which is being renovated with a estimated cost of 3 crores. After the Shadadhara Prathiste Shree gave asheervachana and said that if every ones support and cooperation is received for the renovation work, then Lord’s grace can be received.
K. Prakash Shetty of M.R.G. Group of companies initiated the Shadadhara Prathiste Nidhi Kumbha and he said that we are fortunate to be born in the land of Tulunadu which has the blessings of the Lords and our elders. If everyone reserves part of their earnings for the education, religious and social work then they can receive the blessings of Lord, he said.
Chief of Kshethra Brahmashree Thanthri presided over the religious function. Temple renovation letter is being released by Mumbai hotel entrepreneur and Krishna Palace Group of Companies owner Krishna Y. Shetty. Chief guest of the Program Founder of Krishna Palace Group of Companies Krishna D. Shetty, Temple Thanthri Vedamurthy Haridas Aythal, Temple Trustee Shankara Hegde were present on the dias.
Renovation committee Chief Secretary Mattar Ratnakar Hegde welcomed the guests and the gathering. Renovation committee President Shirva Nadibettu Nithyananda Hegde gave an introductory note. Member Sachidananda Hegde compeered the program. Shrinivasa Rao proposed vote of thanks.
