Mangaluru, 22 Apr 2021: Dakshina Kannada District Congress Committee (DCC) Covid-19 Helpline convener former MLC Ivan D’Souza led delegation met Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Dr Rajendra K V at district headquarters, here on Wednesday, April 22, briefed Dr Rajendra on the prevailing situation of Covid patients and people facing hardships owing to second wave of mutant Covid-19 in the district.
