Mangaluru: Class 10 student Steneeta dies of dengue

Mangaluru, 01 Apr 2020: A class 10 student died of dengue at Father Muller’s hospital here on Tuesday, March 31.

 

 

The deceased has been identified as Steneeta D’Souza (15), a resident of Thokkottu and daughter of a physical trainer at Keenya Meenadi government school near Mangaluru. Her mother works abroad and had come home on February 20.

 

Steneeta was admitted to a private hospital at Thokkuttu on March 16 and when her condition didn’t improve she was shifted to Father Muller’s where she was on a ventilator for eight days.

 

Funeral services of Steneeta will be on Thursday, April 2 at Thokkottu.
