Udupi: 10 Day Cultural, Religious and Social Programs at Shri Krishna Mutt

Udupi, 03 June 2011: On the occasion of the Janmanakshathra of Shri Lakshmivara Theertha of Shirooru Mutt, Paryaya of Udupi Mutt, 10 days cultural, religious and social programs were inaugurated by the Shree. During this program, on behalf of the Shiruru Mutt, 50 disabled persons were given Arogya Nidhi worth 3 lakhs rupees.

 

 

Chief Guests of the program; Shri Isha Vittaladasa Swameeji of Kemaru Mutt, Shri Khethra Trustee Lakshminarayana Asranna, Nagapathri Kakkunje Nagananda Vasudeva Acharya, Taranga Magazine Managing Editor Sandhya S. Pai, young lawyer of Udupi Pradip Kumar, BJP District President Udaya Kumar Shetty, Mumbai entrepreneur Thonse Jayakrishna Shetty, Popular movie actor Shrinivasa Murthy, Udupi Yakshagana Kalaranga President Tallur Shivarama Shetty, Shri Kshethra Punaruru Trustee Harikrishna Punaruru were present.

 

Various organizations offered greetings to Shiruru Shri on the occasion of birthday celebrations. Shiruru Mutt Divana Lathavya Acharya compeered the program.
