Mangaluru: Joyful Faith Training Programme inaugurated in Cordel Church

Mangaluru, 15 Jul: In an attempt to promote faith formation among young children, Joyful Faith Traing Programme was inaugurated in the Holy Cross Church, Cordel (Kulshekar), Mangaluru on Sunday, 14 July after 9.30 am Mass.

 

Fr. Victor Machado, Parish Priest of Cordel Church inaugurated the training programme by bursting balloons. Fr. Ashwin who devised and would conduct the training programme and Fr. Lawrence Cutinha, Assistant parish priest of Cordel were present.

 

 

After the inauguration of the Faith Formation Training programme, around fifty young students gathered in the min-hall of the parish where Fr. Ashwin outlined the importance of the training programme and conducted the first session by giving them basic knowledge of the Bible.

 

The Faith Formation Training Programme will be held once in a month.
