Bahrain: Shraddanjali, Konkani stories book by Naveen Mendonca Pamboor released

Manama/Bahrain, 21 Feb: Shraddanjali, Konkani stories book authored by Naveen Mendonca Pamboor and published by Srujana Publication, Mangaluru was released during Prajot D’Sa live musical concert held at Indian Club auditorium, here, on Friday, February 15.

 

Simon and Priscilla Machado couple released the book on the occasion.

 

 

Fr Daryl Fernandes, assistant parish priest of Sacred Heart parish, Manama, here, Bellevision Bahrain founder president Joel D’Sa, Konkani Kutam Bahrain core committee member Ronald Fernandes, Bahrain Konkans convener Vincent Sequeira, Melvyn Rodrigues, Melvyn Mendonca, Naveen Mendonca’s wife Judit and their children Jolvin and Elroy were present.

 

Around 125 books were sold and the sale proceeds were donated for the studies of poor girls back home.
