Property Infra Tech India Pvt Ltd/Rohan Corporation Launches 25th Project ‘City Square’ Commercial Complex on MG Road, near MCC Building on Friday, 18 January 2019 at 8.30 am, on their 25th Anniversary

Mangaluru, 18 Jan: Property Infra Tech India Pvt Ltd/Rohan Corporation celebrating their glorious and successful 25 years of existence in Real Estate field laid the foundation for their prestigious Commercial Complex, City Square at M G Road, near to MCC Building on Friday, January 18 at 8.30am.

 

The blessing and foundation stone laying ceremony was conducted by Fr Wilson D’Souza- parish priest of Bejai along with Fr Santosh Kamath SJ of St Aloysius Institutions, Mangaluru, and also by cleric Majanady Ahmed Musliar, in the presence of founder of Rohan Corporation Rohan Monteiro and landowner Abdul Aziz, an advocate.

 

Rohan Corporation which is stepping into its 25th year in real estate business has presented state-of-the-art 22 attractive residential and commercial complexes for Smart City-Mangaluru, namely Bellissima, Victoria, Ventura, Hill Crest, Infinity, Micasa, Bianca, Ventura, Primero, Daijiworld residency, Exotica, Luminus and Catalonia I and II, Peters Cote, Siliconia, Oddyssey, Global Court, Plama Habitat, Pam Arcade, Highgroove, Serenity and Cocord. The programme was inaugurated by lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries on the dais namely- Fr Wilson D’Souza, Fr Santhosh Ravi Kamth, mayor Bhasker K, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, former MLAs J R Lobo and Moideen Bava, Cleric Manjanady Abdul Musliar, Abdul Aziz, D B Mehta-CREDAI president; former mayor Sasidar Hegde, corporators Naveen D’Souza, Sabitha Misquith and Jayanthi Achar; Rajendra Kumar, chairman of SCDCC Bank; Suresh Ballal- former chairman of MUDA among others.

 

Speaking about his role in Infra Tech/Rohan Corporation, Rohan Monteiro addressing the gathering said, ‘Being into real estate business for nearly 31 years, but venturing into my own firm for nearly 25 years, I have done my best to give the people the best residential and commercial complexes, as per their requirements with all modern facilities. Even though we realtors suffered a lot during the last three years due to GST and demonetization, but we are all back in track, and real estate business will survive to its best. I am very grateful to all my customers and well-wishers who have supported in all my projects and ventures. Thank you all for making me reach greater heights, and accomplish my goals when we celebrate our glorious 25 years.’

 

Dr Rajendra Kumar, who’ll be felicitated at a mega function tomorrow for being the president of SCDCC Bank for 25 years, speaking on this occasion said, ‘While tomorrow at Nehru Maidan will be mine Rajatha Sambrama, but today at this venue is Rohan Monteiro’s ‘Rajatha Sambrama” complimenting him for all the great projects that he has given for this Smart City. It’s indeed nice to note that in spite of all the hurdles faced by the builders during the last couple of years, Rohan Monteiro has stood firm and now he is launching his 25th project in his glorious 25 years in business. We have been friends for a long time, and I cherish our friendship, and wish Rohan all success in his venture.’

 

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said that City Square is yet another feather added to the cap of Smart City-Mangaluru and we should compliment and thank Rohan Monteiro for his gift to the City. J R Lobo also speaking said that Rohan Monteiro being a young entrepreneur since many years, has contributed to the City through his marvelous and unique projects, adding great looks to the city’s infrastructure. D B Mehta said that even though through media it was highlighted that real estate has died, but that’s the past story, since Real Estate is born again and we will succeed in our projects. Moideen Bava, Suresh Ballal, Sasidar Hegde and Jayanthi Achar also spoke and wished Rohan Monteiro every success in his projects and endeavours.

 

The City Square brochure was released by MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, and Suresh Ballal clicked the button to view the documentary of the project on the LCD screen. The vote of thanks was proposed by Padmanabha Shetty, the marketing manager at Infra Tech and the programme was compered by Manohar Prasad, Bureau Chief of Udayavani. Architects of the project Peter and Paul Mascarenhas were also present for the programme, including many other builders, entrepreneurs, politicians and professionals, among others.
