Mumbai: IITC organizes Seminar on Travel & Tourism for in-house students

Mumbai, 06 Nov: The people of new age are bugged with travelling. Tourism has vital scope for earning and careers. The travel and tourism info workshop are helpful for those aspiring to make tourism as their careers, said deputy consul general of Italy - Geovanni Santini.

 

Geovanni was speaking during seminar on travel and tourism that was organized by IITC in collaboration with Italian Tourism Authority for the students of IATA at Hotel Leela Kempinski ballroom, Sahar, Andheri (East), here on Monday, November 5 morning.

 

S K Urval, Global Careers IITC founder with 5 decades of professional experience said that tourism careers are best suited to youth because it has great potential for earning. He urged the participants to understand the basics of travel and tourism in order to excel in their careers.  

 

 

Italian ENIT representative Salvatore Lannillo, Costa Cruisers sales manager Bela, Vasundar Gupta of Corp and Trade, MSC Cruisers general manager Kunal Sampat were the resource persons shared info on tourism to Italy and other EU countries.

 

IITC director Sandesh Urval, Palguni Mirani, Ravi Suvarna Ghatkopar, Muralidhar Bhat Dombivali and others were present.

 

IITC director Vikrant Urval welcomed the gathering. Salvatore delivered the preliminary address. Professor Cyrus Gonda compered the programme. Palguni Mirani proposed vote of thanks.
