Mangaluru: Sarosh Institute of Hotel Administration launches students’ council

Mangaluru, 20 Jul 2018: The Swearing in- ceremony of the students council of Sarosh Institute of Hotel Administration was held at Utsav College auditorium, here on Saturday, July 14.

 

The council was inaugurated by Kumble Narasimha Prabhu, the District Chairman of 317D Lions centennial celebration and Trustee of Swami Dwarakanth Charitable Trust.

 

Principal Prof Amar Z Cherian welcomed the gathering. Vikas Shanbagh introduced the chief guest.

 

The student council new president Gladen D’Souza gave his address to the attending students. The general secretary of the student council Gaurav rendered the vote of thanks. Prabhu administered the oath to the student council president GladenD’souza followed by all the newly-elected student council members of Sarosh Institute of Hotel Administration. The chief guest handed over the badges to all the office bearers.

 

Prabhu spoke to the students and urged everyone to think out of the box with examples of the great leaders of India.

After the Swearing in Ceremony, Fresher’s day was held and the fresher’s performed various cultural programmes and dances.The program concluded with a gala lunch for all the students.
