Tercentenary Martyrdom of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur celebrated with pomp & geity

Mumbai, 24 Jun 2016: Khalsa College in Mumbai is considered to be one of the most reputed educational institutes where thousands of students shape their careers under the guidance of expert teachers and mentors. There are many pass outs from the college who have become big personalities.
Recently on 23rd June Thursday the institute celebrated 300th death anniversary of Martyr Jaisal Baba Banda Singh Bahadur, one of the first founders of Sikh community. This occasion was celebrated with utmost humility by 4 big organizations together first time in Maharashtra - Guru Singh Sabha of Dadar, Guru Nanak Khalsa College - Matunga under the supervision of Shiromani of Gurudwara Committee, Amritsar and Takht Sacha Khand, Nanded.
On this beautiful occasion many eminent personalities -Gurinder Singh Bawa, Surjeet Singh, principale of Khalsa College Kiran Mangaonkar, Sardar Raghujit Singh Virk, Bhupinder Singh Minhas, Varyam Singh, Kulwant Singh Koli, Jaspal Singh Bhasin, Satinder Pal Singh, Gurpreet Kaur Chadha and many people from the Sikh community were present.
