Dubai: SMKC gears up for "Picnic 2010" on 5th February

Dubai, 31 January 2010: Preparations are being held in full swing for  the "SMKC PICNIC 2010", a day filled with  thrill and gifts galore for the picnic lovers of Dubai and  the UAE.  Enthusiastic members of SMKC  DUBAI await  to  welcome  you  on Friday, Feb 5, 2010,  Zabeel Park , Gate No .1,  from 9 AM onwards.  
 
 "Pleasant sunshine with the winter winds blowing around, who can resist "SMKC PICNIC 2010" with friends and families.  Many have called me to mark the day in their calendar 2010, as it is a  regular feature and meticulously planned event of SMKC DUBAI over the 9 years during the month of January / February.    Games for all ages starting from tiny toddlers to  Senior  Citizens  and the exciting TEAM games  are  some of the popular event of the day that keeps everyone on their toes "  , says Jennifer Mascarenhas, Main Co-ordinator of SMKC, Dubai,  who recently took over the mantle of  premier charity organization of  the UAE.  
 
There will be a  lot of attractive prizes  such as air ticket, gift vouchers, beauty package vouchers, electronic items, privilege cards, gift hampers and perfumes, thanks to generous sponsors who have come forward to support  a good cause, said Fr.Fredrick D’Souza, Asst.Parish Priest of St. Mary’s church, Dubai and Spiritual Director of SMKC, Dubai.   A magic show by  our prominent SMKC member, Anthony Mascarenhas and family, which will provide another thrilling entertainment for children and adults alike.

PICNIC ticket  is priced only at AED 15.00 per  person.  This will entitle  the ticket holder for a heavy breakfast served  between  9.30 am to 10.30 am only, delicious lunch and high tea to keep every one  on an   energetic and spirited note . In order to  have  more participation  from infants and young kids, children up to 5 years,  will be allowed free   said Vincent Pereira, Vice Co-ordinator of SMKC  DUBAI .
